Building a Healthy Community: Reflections of New Haven Residents and Our Together New Haven Collaboration
Community Connections
The Civic space is a new platform provided by the City of New Haven where residents can engage in community conversations that are important to them and pitch new ideas for the city’s consideration. Together we will learn, grow and help to build sustainable and equitable solutions for our collective future.
The City of New Haven has partnered with Community Influencers to help promoting mask wearing among all of our residents during COVID-19. Participants in the Mask Up Campaign will be displayed on billboards and other signage in key areas through-out the City of New Haven.
Community Resources
We will work together as a community to confront this very challenging situation. We are prioritizing the physical and mental health of our residents. If you need further guidance call the New Haven Health Department Emergency Line at (203) 946-4949.
The City of New Haven is working with our Arts & Culture Community to maximize the use of going virtual during COVID-19. We have collected resources and guidance to our creative sector during the crisis and during recovery.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
